alvaro's animales
alvaro tapia hidalgo. very cool name, and even cooler illustrations. a designer based in granada, spain, alvaro's work is very unique. my favorites are his animal illustrations, all colorful, bold and whimsical. i've included a few of my favorites below, take a look.

rainbow hair
wow. in love with this look. it's bold, but in the coolest way. lauren conrad recently launched a great site called the beauty department. bri of designlovefest did the awesome blog design, of course, and this hair how-to is one of the best i've seen. a rainbow of highlights sounds pretty sweet to me.

color me happy
on a dreary day like today, everyone could use a bit of color to brighten up their monday. i know i could. it looks like rain this whole week, so getting out of bed is not going to be easy. when it's raining, my favorite thing to do is to hit snooze and sleep in. i don't have that luxury every day, but at least i can start the week off with some rainbow brights. hope these make you smile too.
